I’m the founder of Nexvia, a consulting firm dedicated to helping homeowners in distress navigate foreclosure, short sales, and financial recovery. I specialize in working with homeowners in distress—providing critical guidance through short sales, foreclosure rescue, loan modifications, and financial recovery strategies. Nexvia exists to bring clarity and hope to homeowners navigating some of life’s toughest financial decisions.

I also proudly lead HRCDC—the Hampton Roads Community Development Corporation—a nonprofit organization focused on breaking down barriers to financial stability and homeownership for underserved individuals and families through housing education, credit repair, and economic empowerment. Through HRCDC, we provide a variety of high-impact services, including:

  • Homebuyer education and workshops
  • Financial literacy and budgeting coaching
  • Credit repair and restoration services
  • Renters-to-Homeowners transition programs
  • Support for individuals facing housing insecurity
  • Small business education and training

At HRCDC, we believe that empowerment starts with education and access. Our mission is to equip low- to moderate-income families with the tools, knowledge, and support systems they need to thrive—not just survive.
